Odiso Leadership Academy (OLA) is a female-focused college and career preparedness initiative based in Lagos, Nigeria. OLA is operated by the Institute for Research on African Women, Children, and Culture, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education, research, and opportunity for underserved communities across Africa.

To reclaim African agency for self-determination by expanding equitable access to high-quality education and nurturing young women into confident leaders in science, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Through Odiso Leadership Academy, we:
Deliver STEM and STEAAM-focused education for girls
Provide college and career readiness programming
Develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills
Partner with global institutions to expand opportunity
Support research and advocacy through our nonprofit work
